RETURN PROCEDURE
• Indicate on the return form which item(s) you are returning and, if applicable, state the reason.
• Place the item to be returned, together with the return form, in the original packaging.
• Drop off your return at a DHL drop-off point and keep the shipping receipt. You can find the nearest DHL location at Locations in Europe or  Worldwide.
• You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 14 days.

ORDER NOT DELIVERABLE AFTER ALL
Fortunately, we are not robots but human. Unfortunately, it can therefore happen that an item is no longer in stock, even though we continuously monitor our online assortment. We will let you know as soon as possible by email and within 5 working days.
